Welcome to the Crows Landing Business-Air Park project development site. Over the past months the County and Master Developer PCCP West Park, have been moving toward our ultimate goal of job creation, multi-modal distribution, and general aviation reuses for the Crows Landing facility on the west side of Stanislaus County. This website will serve as a public information outlet for all materials related to this process as a "one stop" location for information related to the West Park Specific Plan EIR. Environmental review for the proposed West Park project is required to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public Resources Code Sections 21000 et seq.) as part of Stanislaus County's consideration of the proposed project. The purpose of the EIR is to identify and avoid or reduce environmental impacts, evaluate alternatives to the proposed project that could avoid or reduce environmental impacts, and disclose information on potential environmental consequences to decision makers and the public. |
