The County Crows Landing Development team continues to work closely with the West Park Development group. On June 5 the first quarter deliverables (part of the one year exclusive negotiation window) went to the full County Board for review and was approved forward. The Board Ad Hoc Committee (Supervisors DeMartini and Monteith) continue to oversee the negotiation process. The Second quarterly report went to the Board of Supervisors on August 28th and the third on December 18, 2007. Through the summer and fall of 2007 the West Park team developed preliminary/draft infrastructure and environmental analysis which has been reviewed by County staff. These analysis have been revised and are posted on this library tab. This document list is updated regularly.
